General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Dates

If a postponement is necessary, we recommend that you postpone the date at least 24 hours before the start to relocate.

If a postponement is not possible, then a Replacement person take over the appointment.

 

In case of no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the reserved time will be charged at the agreed rate.:

  • 1 hour - CHF 150
  • 1.5 hours - CHF 200
  • 2 hours - CHF 260

 

In a medical emergency, the practice may decide to waive the cancellation fee upon presentation of a doctor's note or medical confirmation. The doctor's note or medical confirmation must be submitted within three working days.

 

BODY FACE HEALTH reserves the right to cancel or postpone appointments at short notice for organisational, health, or other important reasons.

The resulting costs shall be borne by the person liable to pay.

 

Payment

We accept No card payment.

You can pay:

  • in cash directly after the treatment, or
  • by QR-bill

 

For payment by QR-bill, the payment deadline is 10 days from date of invoice, at the latest before the start of another appointment.

 

If the payment deadline expires, the following procedure applies:

  1. First payment reminder - payable within 5 days..
  2. Bei weiterem Zahlungsverzug kann ein Telephone contact succeed.
  3. If the payment is still not made, the initiated debt enforcement proceedings without further notice. The resulting costs shall be borne by the person liable to pay.

 

Subscriptions & Programmes

  1. The period of validity begins on first appointment.
  2. In exceptional cases (e.g. illness or work commitments), the absence Extension of a maximum of one week possible. In all other cases, the regular treatment prices apply.
  3. Transfers to third parties and the combining of multiple treatments are not possible.
  4. Untaken treatments will not be refunded.
  5. Payment will be made in cash or by QR invoice after the first appointment and must be to be fully completed before the start of the next agreed appointment be.

 

Applicable law & place of jurisdiction

All legal relationships are subject to the Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, CH-8036.

 

Final provision

By making an appointment with BODY FACE HEALTH, you accept these terms and conditions and the privacy policy. The terms and conditions remain valid until an updated version is published.
