General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Status: 24 June 2024

Dates

If a postponement is necessary, we recommend that you postpone the date at least 24 hours before the start to relocate.

If a postponement is not possible, you are welcome to request a Replacement person come.

In the event of no-show or cancellation at short notice, the reserved time will be charged at the agreed rate:

1 hour - CHF 150
1.5 hours - CHF 200
2 hours - CHF 260

BODY FACE HEALTH reserves the right to cancel appointments at short notice in urgent cases.

Payment

We accept No card payment.

You can pay:

in cash directly after the treatment, or
by QR-bill

For payment by QR-bill, the payment deadline is 10 days from date of invoice, at the latest before starting further treatment.

If the payment deadline expires, the following procedure applies:

First payment reminder - payable within 5 days.
In the event of further default in payment Telephone contact.
If the payment is still not made, the Debt collection initiated without further notice. This results in additional fees.

Subscriptions & Programmes

The period of validity of each subscription / programme is defined in the respective description and begins with the first session.
In exceptional cases (e.g. illness or work commitments), the absence Extension of a maximum of one week possible. In all other cases, the regular treatment prices apply.
Transfers to third parties and cumulation of sessions are not possible.
Unused sessions will not be refunded.
Payment is made after the first session in cash or by QR-bill and must be fully completed before the start of the next agreed treatment be.

Applicable law & place of jurisdiction

All legal relationships are subject to the Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, CH-8036.

Final provision

By making an appointment with BODY FACE HEALTH, you accept these terms and conditions and the privacy policy. The terms and conditions remain valid until an updated version is published.
