If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must do so by 24 hours beforehand free of charge.
Please come punctual, but not earlier. Our Practice has no waiting areas.
Please note that we No card payment accept. After the treatment you can conveniently QR-bill or in cash pay. If you have a Supplementary insurance you will receive the Reclaim voucher by e-mail. The payment does not depend on, whether and how much the health insurance refunded.
You will automatically receive an e-mail 2 days before and an SMS 4 hours before the appointment.
