GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS

For appointments that are not cancelled or postponed at least 24 hours in advance, it is possible to send a replacement person. Otherwise, you will be charged the agreed amount for the reserved time:

1 hour CHF 140
1.5 hours CHF 190
2 hours CHF 240

QR invoices must be paid within 10 days of the invoice date.

BODY FACE HEALTH reserves the right to cancel appointments at short notice in urgent cases.

PAYMENT FOR THERAPY

Please be advised that we do not accept card payment and ask for your understanding. Payment can be made either in cash directly after the treatment or by QR-bill. QR invoices must be paid within 10 days of the invoice date.

If the payment deadline expires, you will receive a first payment reminder, which is due within 5 days of the new invoice date. If the invoice is still not paid, I would contact you by telephone. However, if it is still not possible to pay the invoice, debt collection will be initiated without further notice. This will result in fees for processing, debt collection and withdrawal in accordance with the Federal Supreme Court ruling 5a. 172/2016 of August 19, 2016.

SUBSCRIPTIONS THERAPY

Subscriptions for massage therapy treatments are valid for one year from the start date.
Transfer to third parties or accumulation of sessions is not allowed.
No refunds will be provided for unused sessions.
Payment for the subscription is due after the first treatment, either in cash or via QR invoice.

PAYMENT LIFT TREATMENTS

The costs for aesthetic treatments are not covered by health insurance and must be paid immediately after the treatment. Cash and bank cards are accepted, excluding PostFinance.

SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR APPARATUS TREATMENTS 

You can pay your subscription after the trial treatment either directly in cash or by QR-bill before the second treatment. In this case, bank cards are not accepted. The subscription price will be adjusted accordingly after the trial treatment. The next treatment will only be started after full payment is received.

Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-cumulative, and they are valid for one year from the start date.

Subscription Suspension
The subscription can be suspended for valid reason (e.g. illness, injury, pregnancy, or breastfeeding). During the subscription period, no treatments will be provided. The suspension must be requested in advance, prior to the absence period, and supported by a medical certificate or similar document. Suspended months will be added to the subscription, extending its validity.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & PROGRAMS

Subscriptions, programmes and temporary offers are only valid for the contractually agreed period of time.
No transfer to third parties or accumulation of sessions is permitted.
No refunds will be given for unused sessions.
Payment is due after the first session by cash or QR payment.
Extension of the programme is only possible in exceptional cases (unexpected illness or unforeseen work commitments). In these cases, the programme can be extended for a maximum of one week. In all other cases, the treatments are charged at the normal price.

APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

All legal disputes are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, CH-8036.

FINAL PROVISION

By making an appointment with BODY FACE HEALTH, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to the privacy policy. These remain in force until the following is published.
