DEPRESSO® FullSkin/ Dermatonie
In recent years, medical research has emphasized the continuity of tissue structures and the principle of tissue tensegrity. The skin is no longer seen as a succession of layers, but as an interface through which one can act from the surface to the depths.

WHAT DOES "DERMATONIA" MEAN?
The term “DERMATONIE” is made up of the words “DERMA” for skin and “TONIE” for tone and tension. The skin reflects the state of the body. Any imbalance in our body can cause so-called “stress zones“, which can lead to the development of dermalgia / dermal dystonia in the dermatome zones of the skin.
These zones are characterized by painful thickening and congestion of the microcirculation, often accompanied by venous and lymphatic disorders. As everything is interconnected, changes in organs can also affect the connective tissue.
DERMATONY is a method for improving and relaxing the skin in various parts of the body, which has a positive effect on the tissue. This treatment method loosens adhesions, improves blood circulation and promotes the metabolic process through targeted impulses on specific areas of the skin.
WHAT IS DEPRESSO-TECHNOLOGIE?
Dépresso-Technologie® is a French manufacturer of devices for medical professionals and beauty experts. It uses the same principle as endermologie, but DERMATONIE works more precisely.
PRIMA VACUUM PUMP WITH SPECIAL FREQUENCY
Constant vacuum and gentle suction gently improve blood circulation, supply the tissue with oxygen and stimulate metabolic processes.
The punctual effect of the pulsating vacuum on numerous receptors and nerve endings in the epidermis corresponds to the heart rate and therefore has a direct effect on the sympathetic nervous system, which in turn improves organ function.
The hyperpulsating vacuum stimulates the various skin layers and muscle fibers. This eliminates tissue flaccidity, increases turgor and improves skin elasticity.
By using low vacuum intensity, gentle attachment movement and stimulation of the lymph nodes, water retention can be eliminated.
The variety of unique mechanical rotating and gliding movements on the skin surface has a stimulating and toning effect on the skin and prevents the appearance of fibrosis in the subcutaneous fatty tissue. The frequency can be adjusted in steps of 0.1 Hz and offers 50 rhythm levels for 3D- mobilization of the tissue.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Depresso technology is a skin therapy that works with the help of reflection. It successfully treats the skin, connective tissue (fascia), fatty tissue and the venous and lymphatic system.
The mechanical stimulation of the skin stimulates its natural functions and improves microcirculation, thereby improving the supply of nutrients and cell metabolism. The decompression function supports blood and lymphatic drainage, the elimination of waste products and the breakdown of fat in the adipocytes of the subcutis.
The effect extends to a depth of 8 centimeters and thus improves the treatment of problem areas. The multidirectional 3D stretch mobilization reduces tension, restores mobility between different tissue layers and increases the oxygen content in the tissue. This relieves pain and improves mobility.
WHAT ARE FASCIAE?
In recent years, medical research has emphasized the continuity of intra-tissue structures and the principle of tissue tensegrity. Today, the skin is no longer seen as just a sequence of layers, but as an interface that enables us to work from the surface into the depths.
Fasciae are connective tissue structures that enclose, support, separate and connect organs, glands, nerves, vessels, bones and muscles, shaping our body and giving it its silhouette. They can harden or shorten due to lack of exercise, postural restraint or operations. Under stress, the fasciae can be under enormous tension, which can lead to stiffness and a feeling of heaviness. If tension or injuries lead to lymph congestion, the fasciae can stick together and cause pain, as they are interspersed with nerve cells. Stuck fascia can be the cause of many complaints.
In daily practice, it is often not enough to treat the symptoms with superficial massages or physiotherapy or exclusively neuro-muscular approaches. The decisive factor is a logical sequence of information with causal connections between the statements. The causes often lie in connective tissue hardening and restrictions, which can be effectively resolved using targeted fascia techniques.
TREATMENT PROCEDURE
To perform the treatment, the technology uses a suction ball system to allow the skin to be palpated and rolled. The massage attachments, which are perfectly adapted to the anatomical structure of the body, suck in the skin fold and gently move it in the desired direction, producing various therapeutic effects. As a result, previously dysfunctional vessels in the neuro-micro-circulatory unit open up. This improves the neuro-vegetative balance and stimulates lymphatic drainage.
AFTER PREGNANCY
The earlier a woman starts dermatonia after pregnancy and childbirth, the better the results. Three months after the end of breastfeeding is a suitable time to restore body contours and tighten the skin, but it is contraindicated if you are pregnant before the second or after the sixth month.
NUMBER AND DURATION OF TREATMENT
The active treatment series consists of 12 cumulative sessions. The first 5 sessions take place twice a week, then once a week. The duration of a session varies between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the treatment area and the client’s individual problem. Maintenance therapy is recommended monthly in the second phase of the menstrual cycle or every 8 to 10 months as an active treatment series.
HOW DOES IT FEEL?
You experience a soothing massage and afterwards feel a remarkable lightness, physical well-being and more suppleness.
